I am Vasilis Vasilarakis. In addition to being a sports physiotherapist, I am a running coach and an active marathon runner.

I have participated in many races, achieving times under 2:50, while also building a team of athletes defined by consistency and continuous improvement.
I have also attended numerous coaching seminars and learned alongside outstanding athletes and scientists.

Throughout my journey, I have explored different training methods.

There is one, however, that truly makes the difference: CONSISTENCY.

We all deal with some kind of pain, we all lack time, and at the same time, we all want to move forward. Running is a serious sport and requires serious, disciplined individuals.

I work with a limited number of athletes so I can always be by their side. Our collaboration is based on structure, guidance, and continuous improvement.

  • Completion of a detailed form with your history
  • Personalized weekly training program
  • Continuous communication and adjustment of the plan based on your progress
